How to make lemon oil for Skin Lightening

Todays post is a DIY lemon essential oil recipe. Lemon oil is rich in antioxidants and vit-c which helps to give a smother and clearer complexion. It has antibacterial and anti fungal property to help remove harmful bacterial from the skin making your skin healthier. Some people believe that it has a calming and relaxing ability because of the scent . One thing is for sure it has a lot of good benefits.

Lemon essential oil is notable for increasing whitewood cell and has diuretic properties. It helps with stress relief. It is made from lemon peels.

One side effect you can get from using lemon essential oil is, because it contains vit-c it makes the skin more sensitive to the sun. So ensure you wear a sunscreen with a good soft to prevent burns or reactions.

So let's go to the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

- Fresh Lemon.

- Olive Oil.

- Containers that can stand high temperature like glass container.

PROCEDURE

1. Warm up some water in a pan.

2. Peel off the foreskin of the lemon excluding the white part. If the white part is still on it rub if off to remove.

3. Put the lemon peel in the hot water to avoid it loosing its flavour for atleast one minute.

4. In another source pan add the oilve oil to half fill the pan.

5. Clean your bottles

4. By now the Olive peel would have given the water a yellow color, pour the lemon water into the source pan and heat to allow infusion between the oil and the lemon extract.

5. Heat for two to three hours and remove from heat allow to seat for 24hours. Then transfer to your container and cover.

6. Store in a cool place.
